We prefer not to have people use the eBooks as bonuses now, as people were misusing this usage right. However, if you are selling a product and would like to offer the eBook as a bonus to your customer, we will be happy for you to do that, as long as you do not give away any of the source files.

I was planning on editing the book and adding some of my personal touches to it. I’m a physical therapist and I wanted to give away the book too people who signed up for my service. Not the source file of course, just the edited version of the book. I want to best respect your rules. Would that be appropriate?

We don’t provide sales pages with any of our products (as it shows on our own sales pages… we don’t mention them at all). However, we do have some WordPress ‘squeeze pages’ that we have cretaed for our reports.
You are allowed to sell the eBooks in PDF format only. You just can’t sell the eBook with the editable files to your customers. They are for your editing use only.

I am not sure about Walmarts terms, but it’s against Amazon’s terms to sell PLR eBooks on Kindle. However, as far as we are concerned, yes you can sell the eBooks in your online store… just not with a PLR license of course. You can sell ‘your’ eBook without the editable file and PLR license. Yes, you can brand and edit as your own. It doesn’t say you cannot brand as your own… you just can’t sell the whole package that we provide to your own customers. You can only edit and rebrand, then sell the eBook for example. You can’t sell the articles or the graphics etc. They are for your use, to use on your website etc.

I’m very glad to hear this as I was hoping to do the same, but you say we can edit the articles – but then later you say the articles were made into the book, but nothing is said about being able to edit the book. (However it only makes sense, but glad it’s spelled out exactly!) As for eBook pricing, that is entirely up to you, however, I would charge $17.
If you didn’t get many sales, you can always offer your customers a discount for a limited time. It all depends on your target market as to how much they might pay.
